UMABJ Black History Podcast Series:
Through the UMABJ Black History podcast series, student journalists will have the chance to engage in dialogue with prominent Black teachers, staff, or local community leaders.
Conversations can range from the rich history of Oxford, Mississippi, and the campus of the University of Mississippi to modern-day topics that correlate with black history. Our UMABJ hosts are encouraged to select their guests and a topic that will be both entertaining and educational for the community and university students. A wide range of current and historical issues can be covered. Pop culture events, political movements, the current state of education, or an in-depth look at a particular niche topic unique to the Oxford community can all be covered.
